Ok, Freeze had to jump in on Tee Billz’ ‘stunt’, didn’t he?!

Cool FM OAP, Ifedayo Olarinde popularly called Freeze has weighed in on the recent outbursts of Tiwa Savage‘s husband, Tee Billz, believing that the 323 entertainment head’s account was hacked, while also hoping for a quick resolution.

The highly expressive media personality has of late had a lot to say about issues and he has shared how ‘loving’ a husband Tee Billz is.
‘This is not the Tunji I know’, Freeze declared in an Instagram epistle. (Well, the Tunji you know was the Tunji Nigerians woke up to today, Freeze…..or maybe not).


Writing further, the self-confessed wrist-watch lover travelled down memory lane in describing the ‘Tunji’ he knew, ‘The one I know is the most wonderful person on earth and if there is anyone I owe a Favour Tunji is that one person. I remember when I returned from California in 2013,

I had become the first Nigerian to win the prestigious Nickelodeon KCA and it seemed a bigger deal to Tunji than even to me that won the award. He had on my behalf reached out to the press to celebrate this achievement which he described as ‘major’ in his own words, without me asking’. (Are we still addressing a serious marriage issue Freeze?)

‘Then I had my public meltdown when my previous relationship failed and he along with Toyin Aimakhu were the first people to reach out to me to console me and my respect for him grew.

Then there was this one time, on Saint Valentine’s day, when Lagos seemed to have run out of flowers and I remembered that Pole Avenue had an event the night before and they had the most breathtaking white roses I had ever seen.’ (Ok, it’s official…now we know Billz was a one-time saviour of Freeze. Praise the Lord…..anyone?)


The fair-skinned media personality continued, ‘I went over to get some of the flowers for bae and lo and behold Tee Billz was there with similar intentions. I saw him as the most romantic husband and lover. In the same vein, when speaking to Tiwa during an interview on Cool FM she was all over him. Purring like a cat at each mention of his name.’ (Ok, he is gradually getting to the point….gulps)


‘I am still hoping an announcement will be made that his account was hacked… However, if at all the rumour turns out to be true, I implore each and everyone of us not to judge them, instead, let’s keep them in our prayers. #BeautifulCouple #BeautifulPeople.’ (Whew…Finally! Tiwa Savage Complains About Boring S*x Life After Baby

Tiwa Savage’s marriage to her former music Manager, Tunji Balogun aka Teebillz has taken an awkward turn with earlier reports showing all wasn’t well from the onset.

Mavin singer, Tiwa Savage the proud mother of baby Jamal spoke to newsmen recently about life as a new mother. The ‘Standing Ovation’ singer claims that her baby has been nothing short of a blessing to her as he has brought about a sharp increase in her fan base.

“Since I gave birth to my baby my followership has actually grown to 1.4 million on Instagram and twitter respectively. It is growing way faster since I had my baby. I would actually say my baby is a blessing”, she said.
Tiwa however agreed that her husband initially complained about her paying too much attention to baby Jamal, and advised ladies to pay close attention to their man, after delivery, she said;

Men often complain that their wives pay more attention to their babies. Are you experiencing that too?
Initially yes, I am not going to lie about that. He wakes up every two hours, you are going to devote all your time to him and your sex life might not be interesting as before. You would have stress, stretch marks too. But eventually for the sake of your marriage I would encourage all women to look after their husbands, especially after having babies. It is very important.

Tiwa Savage also revealed in the interview that she will be dropping another video for ‘If I Start To Talk’ featuring Dr Sid, which is one of her tracks in her latest album RED.

I woke up this morning to an ordinary day. The weather was perfect and there was a sense of hope that filled the air........ Until I turned my phone on and the world turned upside down.
I'm going to be 40 in a few days and I thought I had seen it all. Despite all the rumors about the Baloguns, I always presumed all was well on the Homefront and they were just rumors. My phone rang and it was my radio wife @kaylahoniwo calling, after a brief conversation, we both agreed upon the fact that his account must have been hacked. This is not the Tunji I know.

UK weather: Snow brings frozen start to bank holiday getaway with blizzards leaving planes grounded

Snow flurries and flight delays heralded a frozen start to the bank holiday getaway.
With the Met Office predicting "wintry showers for many" in the UK for the next five days travel chaos is only likely to get worse.
Commuters in northern England and southern Scotland awoke to yellow warnings of snow, while showers of rain and sleet are expected to hit lower levels.

Snowfall left flights delayed at Leeds Bradford Airport this morning where 15 inches of snow fell overnight.
Some flights were held up by four hours causing misery for passengers.

Planes were also left grounded for hours after their scheduled departure time at Manchester Airport.

Motorists looking to take advantage of the three-day weekend were warned to take extra care after a catalogue of weather-related collisions in the north of England this morning.

First of all, i have learnt in life that things are not always what they seem like in the world of celebrities, that’s why it’s called “show” business, I have no doubt that teebillz was experiencing depression prior to his outburst, but his rant on IG is very typical of an insecure man that abuses his wife physically and emotionally, I am a married man myself and unfortunately I have been in the eye of the storm of other people’s abusive marriages; trying to be the peacemaker , from those experiences I have observed that it’s common for the man to be insecure and falsely accuse his wife of unproven infidelity , and to never accept responsibility for the failure of his marriage/life.
You will notice that teebillz never took any responsibility for his life; he blamed his father, his mother in law, Tiwa, don jazzy e.t.c. Tiwa savage’s career story is an experiment on if a woman can be successful in naija without her husband becoming jealous and insecure, you don’t marry a celebrity woman and be expecting her to cook for you or regularly ask you if you’ve eaten, how reasonable is that? the price of fame is that you don’t get to cling to a normal life like everyone else. How come the women that are married to celebrity men never complain about not always seeing their husbands or their constant infidelity?
It’s shocking that I was just watching Tiwa’s new video “if I start to talk” yesterday and I wondered about the imagery depicted in it; I thought she might be trying to share something about her experience with the world, but a lot of people missed it, there are subtle signs that she is being physically abused in her marriage.
Lastly if teebillz really wanted to commit suicide he wouldn’t be so “attention seeking “about it , the best way someone like him can destroy his successful wife is to cater to the emotions of Nigerians with the suicide claim ,why did he rant on IG first? Why did he not go to the bridge and silently jump? How did banky W know he was there?
Why did he not consider a more direct way of dying? (Run into a fast moving car).My people let us open our eyes and stand for justice, I don’t care much about Tiwa or teebillz but I know that this whole buhaha is a testament to the mentality of the typical Nigerian man”.

Emmanuel Emenike blasts NFF- 'It's disrespectful to fix a Super Eagles match same day with Joseph Yobo's testimonial'

Ex-Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike who is on loan at West Ham has blasted the Nigeria Football Federation on its decision to organize a Super Eagles friendly the same day retired Super Eagles player will be celebrating his football career with a testimonial match in Port Harcourt.

Nigeria will play a friendly against Mali in France on May 27, the same day the Yobo testimonial will be played. Emenike said the NFF's decision was disrespectful to the former Eagles skipper and Everton defender, who had served the country with total dedication during his playing days.

"If we are still on the same page of re-branding football, we should have the common sense of celebrating our heroes so that the younger ones in the team will live by example,” Emenike told AfricanFootball

"Yobo deserves the honour and everybody has to turn up to celebrate him, but it’s unfortunate that it’s the NFF who are now looking like the obstacle to this testimonial. The Super Eagles players are the ones who want to play the Yobo match, tell me how will that be possible if they are in for another national assignment on that same day.

“We should change our mentality of ‘use and dump’ approach in order to reach greater heights of football in the world.

“Yobo was one of the best in Africa during his playing days, he's a known name all over the world and he should be celebrated in a bigger way. The younger ones are watching, let's change things."

He continued: "I understand that the Joseph Yobo match will be played this same day Super Eagles have a match against Mali or whoever, is that the way it’s being done in other countries?

"I think some people are just unserious about our football. This is a top match and Yobo has written a letter to the NFF before now, so why are they playing this international match also?

“We should also understand that we don't respect our past heroes, we don't appreciate the past, we only want people to come and die and forget about their life.

"Without apology, I have decided not to say anything against the federation irrespective of their antics, but this is unacceptable, I hate injustice and we should learn to celebrate our past heroes in order to encourage the younger players in the team.”

"I think it will be better for them to do something about it and cover their mess because of other foreign players coming for the match," he further told AfricanFootball.

"Even when I was in the team, I got angry at times when you see the way things were going wrong and you begin to question yourself on a lot of things and this is just one of those things."

Elderly British Couple & their son attacked and beaten unconscious in Thailand by thugs over drink spillage

A British couple and their son were brutally attacked because one of them accidentally spilled a drink. The couple Lewis & Rosemary Owen and their 43-year-old son, John believed to be from Scotland were punched to the ground, kicked and battered as they tried to celebrate Thai New Year after a night out in the beach resort of Hua Hin - located 250km from the capital of Bangkok.


The attack started when the son ­accidentally bumped into one of the Thai men and spilled his drink. The drunk Thai man who was visibly angry was approached by his his fellow thugs. In a bid to avoid trouble, the trio, all wearing shorts and sandals, appeared to be trying to reason with the men when suddenly, a Thai struck 68 year old Lewis Owen in the head.

The incident quickly developed into a full-blown attack which left the family battered. When 65 year old Rosemary tried to sit up after her family was laying on the ground, one of the thugs immediately knocked her unconscious by a horrific kick to the jaw, which snapped her head backwards.

An eyewitness, witnessed the attack and was also beaten for trying to intervene, wrote online: "Within 20/30 meters of leaving the bar the Thais were punching the 65-year-old old lady in the face. The elderly gentleman was down on the floor, and their son was beaten very badly. At this point I caught up to the scene and pushed one of the youths away from the woman. I got severely punched and kicked for my troubles, but felt the need to protect this frail lady.

Another person, who claims to have witnessed the assault, claimed that certain thugs attack foreigners when they can.

The Family was later taken to the hospital. While father & son Lewis and John sustained head injuries which required stitches, Rose Owen, suffered a brain injury and is still in hospital. She suffered a build-up of fluid in her brain which had to be removed by surgeons.

Thai police have reportedly arrested three men and charged them with grievous bodily harm. The suspects, who were paraded by police in front of the media, after their arrest are due in court next week. A statement released concerning the incident reads, “An investigation is in process and the suspects will soon be under the jurisdiction of the court. If found guilty, the perpetrators will face full justice under Thai law.
