Rob Kardashian is suing
Blac Chyna over an
incident last December during which she allegedly punched him in the
face and tried to strangle him with an iPhone cord. The reality star has
filed a lawsuit against his ex for assault, battery and vandalism.
Rob Kardashian claims in his lawsuit that the model, with whom he
shares a nearly one-year-old daughter, was under the influence of drugs
and alcohol when she allegedly attacked him on the night of December 14,
2016. According to Kardashian’s suit, the incident began when Chyna
began playing with his gun and pointing it at the camera while on a
FaceTime call with two of his friends. He alleges she later attempted to
choke him with an iPhone cord, then began striking him in the head and
face as he ran away, resulting in injuries to his neck.
Chyna also allegedly caused more than $100,000 in damage to
Kardashian’s house during the altercation by breaking down doors,
kicking in walls, smashing a television, destroying a cell phone, and
wrecking many additional pieces of property. Because Kardashian was
renting the house from his sister Kylie Jenner, she’s also included as a
plaintiff in the lawsuit. Jenner also says in the legal filing that
Chyna harassed her on multiple occasions by repeatedly warning her to
take an STD test because she was dating Tyga.
