One source said there is now a "state of terror" in the Islamic State ranks.

Militants "randomly shot in the air to scare inhabitants" while looking for the sniper, they added.
The enigmatic gunman is thought to have become something of a hero to those living in the city under the ISIS yoke.
Earlier it emerged that a TOWIE -loving British mum who took her toddler to Syria and joined Islamic State funded the trip with her student loan .
Tareena Shakil reportedly got the cash a month before she secretly travelled to the terror group 's stronghold of Raqqa.
The 26-year-old told her family she was going on a beach holiday to Turkey.
