"Do you know that you are very stupid" - Alleged aggressive Driver removed from Taxify platform for insulting a passenger

A Nigerian lady, @Viviannwogo on twitter, got an insulting text from a Taxify Driver who was angry that she canceled his ride due to the aggressive and rude behaviour he displayed. Narrating what happened, she said;

"So I requested the Taxify and the man was already sounding very angry, but I just wanted to leave where I was. He said he was outside shoprite, the new one at sangotedo and I asked him to drive inside and come to entrance 1 cause I was standing there. Next thing he started shouting "me I no know there o, make you come outside. I directed him and asked for the color of the car. He said it was grey, but the car was actually gold. 

"Anyway I found him, went to the car and asked politely; "Sorry are you from Taxify?" The man hissed and eyed me. I was lost, I asked again "are you from Taxify?" The man started rolling his window up & started murmuring. And I was still standing there looking so lost. I was so scared and obviously not about to let the angry man kill me. So I canceled & left." 

Angry that she cancelled, the Taxify driver decided to insult her by sending a text message. She shared it on twitter, calling him out and tagging his employers to take immediate action. They have now responded, assuring her that action has been taken. "Thanks for bringing this to us Viv! Like we assured you, this driver-partner has been sanctioned and removed from our platform," a representative said.
