Kylie Jenner has debuted a brand new hair color as she celebrates the launch of her brand new Lip Kits.
She stepped out rocking a dark green hue,as she promoted her Lip Kits - made up of matte lip iners and liquid lipsticks - at the Dash store in Los Angeles.The Kylie's new makeup line reportedly sold out in under 60 seconds.
