A tragic young father died trying to rescue his three-year-old son
from a house fire after saving his fiancee and two other children.
Demetrius Johnson, 24, woke up after smelling smoke at his family home on Friday morning and managed to get his fiancee, Tempest Thomas, his eight-year-old daughter and 15-month-old son out of the building.
But he went back into the burning building after realising three-year-old Demetrius Jnr was still inside and collapsed trying to save him.
Demetrius Jnr was rescued by firefighters and is in a stable condition in hospital.

Fire investigators have now launched a probe into what started the blaze in Buffalo, New York.
Mr Johnson's brother William Johnson Jr said his brother had died a hero.
He told Buffalo News: "Tempest told Demetrius, "Don't go back in there, it's too bad. My brother said, "I'm not going to let my son die.
"My brother died a hero, that's all there was to it.

"He was an angel. He died doing everything he could do to rescue his family."
Sister Tamika added: "Those were his kids and he loved them."
The family had only moved into the home a week before the blaze.
It is believed the fire broke out in the kitchen area at around 4am.
