Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is said to be desperate to make her marriage work amid rumours of troubles.
The X Factor judge has been hit with speculation about the state of her 19-month marriage to French restaurateur Jean-Bernard in recent months.
According to Closer magazine, the Geordie singer is said to be keen to spend some quality time with her hubby when he returns to the UK.
A source claims: "She and JB have a lot to talk about and wants to spend some quality time with him when he's back in the UK and hash things out face-to-face. She really wants this marriage to work."

The mag also claims the former Girls Aloud singer is seeking advice and support from an unexpected source - Simon Cowell .

"He's the person she turns to when she's at her lowest. She feels like she can call him at any time and he'll always be there for her," the source said.
"He's been her rock through this latest series of The X Factor and she said it's down to Simon that she made it through the show."
