Danielle Lloyd's £1.85m former home with ex Jamie O'Hara 'on the market for a THIRD time'

Danielle Lloyd 'on the market again'
Danielle Lloyd has been forced to put the former family home she shared with Jamie O'Hara on the market for a THIRD time, it has been claimed.
The mansion she bought with her ex hubby in Sutton Coldfield is back on the market for a third time after a second buyer fell through – even after the price had been slashed by £145,000.
The opulent home in the Little Aston Park area of Birmingham looked to have been sold back in September when an “under offer” tag went up on the lavish property, the Birmingham Mail reports.
However, it is now reportedly being re-advertised on the website of estate agent Quantrills, who confirmed that the sale “has fallen through and it is back on the market”.

Danielle and Jamie had been trying to sell the six-bedroom house on the private residential estate since the summer of 2014, after they broke up following allegations that he had cheated on her.
At first it looked to have been sold for its initial asking price of £1.95million, but then it was re-listed back in April with the price dropped to £1.85million.
Last autumn it looked like a buyer had been found but by Christmas it seemed like it was all off again.

The house is back for sale again at £1.85million which is not the most expensive home on the exclusive road.
Another six-bedroom home there that has just been sold by Quantrills had an asking price of £1.95million, the newspaper reports.
Pictures on the agent’s website of Danielle and Jamie’s former home are a reminder of happier times for the couple, who have three sons together – Archie, five, Harry, four, and two-year-old George.
It looks like a house for fun as there is a games/media room with a huge screen on the wall, a pool table, arcade game in one corner and what looks like a bar.

The reception rooms are decorated in lavish style and their size means they can easily accommodate the large screen TVS which seem to be a focal point in most.
The agent’s description lists it as “a truly remarkable modern family residence situated in the heart of one of the regions finest residential locations, built in 2007 and re-designed by the present owners”.
It goes on to highlight its more attractive features including a “magnificent entrance hall with central staircase, lounge, dining room, games/cinema room, kitchen/breakfast room with family room/dining room”.

It has four bedroom suites, a fifth room that has been turned into a large dressing room and a sixth bedroom suite above the three-car garage.
Danielle, 32, a former Miss England and Miss Great Britain, got engaged to Jamie in 2009 and they were married in 2012.
Following their split in 2014, Danielle was reportedly looking to move back to her native Liverpool.
However, she was on the red carpet at the gala screening of the new James Bond film, Spectre, at Resorts World at the NEC in October, together with her latest squeeze, Mark O’Neill.
